Due to the nature of chemical products, returns are limited. Returns of material are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrectly supplied; this must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the material.

• Custom or special-order items

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
• Refund will be made via the original payment method only.

2. Shipping policy

• Processing time: For material in stock, orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Delivery time: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on location.
• Shipping charges: Charges are on a to-pay basis and may vary based on order size and delivery location.

3. Cancellation policy

Order cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
